Founded in 1812, our church family has witnessed historic moments in American history while remaining steadfast in the unchanging truth of the Gospel.

Bardstown Baptist Church was officially organized in 1812 by a small group of faithful believers seeking a gospel presence in Nelson County, Kentucky.

Brashear Avenue Campus
The church established its permanent sanctuary and facilities at 101 W. Brashear Avenue in historic Bardstown to accommodate expanding Sunday School and worship needs.
Bicentennial Celebration
BBC celebrated 200 consecutive years of continuous ministry, giving thanks for generations of faithful families who loved and served Christ.
Looking Forward in Faith
Today, Bardstown Baptist Church continues its third century of ministry with dynamic youth programs, active community outreach, and faithful gospel preaching.
